Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I moved from the US to the UK and needed to establish ongoing care for my ADHD, and Stephen and Brigida were fantastic throughout the entire process. They made everything straightforward, from getting my care established here to helping arrange a shared care agreement with my local GP. They were always communicative, responsive and incredibly helpful, which I especially appreciated as an American navigating the UK healthcare system for the first time. I had a great experience with them both and would highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After finding it difficult to navigate the excruciating lengthy process to get support from the NHS. I was reccomended Stephen who had worked within the NHS for many years before setting up a private practice and I am so glad I did. From initial contact everything was arranged within a week where Stephen was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I have been under his care for over a year now and I would reccomended his service to everyone. He also is on the much cheaper side for adhd services as he is passionate about helping people with ADHD not just profiting. Brigidia has been a great support to my self too and is always at the end of whatsapp to manage my anxieties and worries as I struggle with change and uncertainty . She never makes me feel a burden and offers a friendly and reassuring face who you can see she takes pride in her work and is committed to Stephens practice. Thank you Steve and Brigidia 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from Stephen. Getting my ADHD diagnosis has had such a positive impact on my life and helped me understand myself in a completely different way.

From the beginning, I felt listened to and understood, and the whole process was handled with honesty, professionalism and without judgement. A year on from my diagnosis, I can honestly say that the difference it has made to my day to day life, confidence and understanding of myself has been huge.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen to anyone considering an ADHD assessment or looking for support following a diagnosis.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stephen is a wonderful practitioner. He is empathetic and non judgemental and he "really gets it". Throughout the therapy sessions I've been able to really open up to Stephen about my thoughts and feelings and the therapy has helped me to reflect on events in my life and in the way that I have responded to them. Stephen has helped me to look closely at my relationships and has helped me to come to terms with all of the emotions involved in my late ADHD diagnosis after struggling all my life- Anger, Relief, sadness, grief and acceptance. Stephen has helped me in practical ways - giving advice about nutrition, exercise and medication and finances and as well as his role as ADHD therapist and that side of it he is incredibly knowledgeable in relation to "the science" behind ADHD. Stephen is passionate about helping people with ADHD and this is evident in the therapy sessions that he facilitates and in his outside work in fundraising for ADHD UK and in his work with advocating and campaigning for the condition to be recognised and not minimalised.
Thank you Stephen.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly can’t recommend Stephen Taylor highly enough.

After struggling with ADHD for years, Stephen took the time to really listen, understand my situation and guide me through the assessment and medication process without ever making me feel rushed or judged. His approach is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring, and he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand.

Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a real improvement in both my work and personal life. The whole process has been well managed from start to finish.

A special thank you also to Brigida, who keeps everything running so smoothly behind the scenes. She’s always friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful when arranging appointments, answering questions or helping with prescriptions. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.

Between Stephen’s expertise and Brigida’s outstanding support, they’ve made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for ADHD assessment and ongoing care.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a few troubles shall we say along the journey and have seen quite a few people that have tried to help, so have. The guy that has helped the most and I found a deep respect for is Steve. He really understood what was going on from a Neurological level. I know am on a succesful path. Which would not have happened without Steve. Thanks mate!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stephen is a fantastic therapist. He helped me through a very difficult trauma, making me feel supported in very tangible ways. He offered EMDR to process the trauma, which worked quickly and was remarkably effective. He also encouraged me to look at my own struggles with ADHD and look into a formal diagnosis and treatment. I understand myself so much better after therapy. Stephen brings a lot of scientific rationale to his explanations about behaviour, which really suits me - it feels less like someone reassuring me and more like an expert saying, "you do this because of this" which takes away the shame and embarrassment that can come with ADHD behaviours. Most importantly, Stephen is open, humourous, and direct, qualities that make it easy to open up in turn. It's never easy finding a good therapist,so I'm grateful to have found him.
Also if you're very lucky, his dog will give you a cuddle!
