I am an experienced medical doctor with over 15 years of practice in both NHS and private healthcare.
With a background in Emergency Medicine & Trauma, I have cared for patients across all age groups, and lately I have been specialising in women’s health through NHS experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
This experience has formed the foundation for my work in hormonal health—covering perimenopause, menopause, and andropause, including hormone replacement and hair loss treatment.
Having been trained by UKAAN in ADHD diagnosis and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, and additionally by ACIA at Newcastle University in autism diagnosis, I can provide long COVID care, addressing lingering health impacts post-illness.
Recognising how ADHD, hormones, and weight management often interlink, I embrace a functional medicine approach to address root causes. Additionally, I have extensive experience managing obesity through medical care and coaching.
Working remotely, across the UK, supporting children and adolescents with emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity dysphoria, as well as adults with complex health concerns, I am passionate about education, empowering my patients with knowledge and practical tools for long-term wellbeing.
Having a deep empathy with the personal health challenges my patients experience I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment based on compassionate, personalised and evidence-based care.
